Free Virtual Dance Lessons

2B CONTINUED invites you to strengthen the mental health of your children with this online opportunity to move, dance and have fun together for FREE in the comfort and safety of your home!
The pandemic has caused critical mental health situations (increased stress, social and physical isolation from friends and support systems, and limited physical activity) that have negatively impacted wellness for many people.
Heart of Dance: Online Dance Lessons for Families
Participants will learn 5 different ballroom dances: Merengue, Foxtrot, Tango, Waltz and Swing!
Choose one (either the Tuesday sessions or Thursday sessions):
Tuesdays: Feb 9, 16, 23, & March 2, 9 from 6:30-7:15pm.
OR
Thursdays: Feb 11, 18, 25, & March 4, 11 from 6:30-7:15pm.
