Adult Mental Health First Aid at 2B CONTINUED in Glencoe

Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based, skills-based training designed to help adults recognize and respond to signs of mental health challenges and substance use disorders in other adults. Participants learn how to provide initial support, respond to crisis and non-crisis situations, and connect individuals with appropriate resources and support.
This course is ideal for employers, healthcare professionals, educators, community members, faith communities, first responders, and anyone who wants to feel more confident supporting others.
The training includes approximately 2 hours of self-paced online pre-work that must be completed prior to the in-person session.
