MHFA can help people who are developing a mental health problem\, experiencing a worsening of a mental health problem\, or are in a mental health crisis. \nThis free 6-hour training addresses common mental health concerns encountered by adults\, with the goals of reducing stigma and offering self-help strategies for staying mentally well. \n2 hours of online self-paced prework must be completed prior to the class.
