Participants will learn practical skills to start a conversation and connect someone to appropriate resources. \nRegistration is required for this free virtual training. DESCRIPTION:Join 2B CONTINUED for a creative and interactive Mental Health Toolbox Workshop (ages 10+) led by artist and mental health educator Rebecca Schmitz. \nThis hands-on workshop combines art and practical mental health strategies. Participants will receive a red wooden toolbox and materials to create 13 symbolic tools\, each representing a coping strategy or reminder that can help during times of stress or emotional difficulty. As participants design and personalize their tools with words or phrases that resonate with them\, the process becomes a meaningful way to explore coping skills\, boundary setting\, and relationship building.
